How to Book your Accommodation
Please indicate on the registration form your accommodation requirements listing hotels in preferential order 1, 2. As there is limited space available at each hotel, it is important you book early. Accommodation will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of registration forms and credit card guarantee.

Payment of Accommodation
The first night of accommodation must be paid for each room via credit card to guarantee accommodation bookings. Accommodation accounts to be settled by the individual or team captain on site direct with the Hotel. Challenge National will not accept cheques or direct deposits for accommodation payments. All accommodation rates are quoted in AUD dollars.
Terminology
“Double” refers to a room with one double bed. “Twin” refers to a room with two beds. “Single” refers to a single occupancy room. Accommodation rates are for room only and do not include breakfast, unless stated otherwise.
Deadlines
The hotels impose strict cut off dates for bookings. All hotel rooms will be released by Challenge National by 23 February 2007. For accommodation bookings after this time, team captains will need to make bookings direct with hotels.
Cancellation Policy - Accommodation
Any changes to your original booking information must be forwarded in writing to the Event Management Office – world@townsvillewaterskiclub.com
Hotel policy dictates a cancellation fee of the first night’s accommodation if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. Any amendments to your original booking must be forwarded in writing to the Event Management Office.
The following hotels and special rates have been secured by the event. Room blocks will be held at these hotels until 23 February 2007. For booking accommodation at these hotels, please complete the attached booking form and return it with 1 nights accommodation guarantee to the Event Management Office by 23 February 2007.
